Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods such as product launches or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after shipment

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Area

At this time, KOL Klothing ships within the United States only.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using a combination of trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the most efficient delivery option.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KOL Klothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. KOL Klothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
